THE BRIEF
Grandeur Property is a luxury serviced accommodation and letting service that specialises in short-term holiday lets across the Dorset coastline. Their team contacted us to create a brand new website for their business that would allow them to advertise and book their properties online, whilst also allowing prospective landlords to enquire about their services. Their brief was to create two separate sides to the website that would allow clients and customers to find the information they needed easily, whilst having minor but distinct differences between the two.
FINAL WEBSITE
The final website is a modern website that allows the different elements of the business to be showcased in a streamlined, user-friendly way. On the first load of the website homepage, prospective customers and landlords are given the option to select which side of the website they want to visit, ‘Host’ or ‘Stay’. The two sides of the website keep the basic design principles but have minor changes in colour schemes and logos so they are easily distinguishable for the viewer.
The ‘Stay’ side of the website focuses on the luxury of the properties and encourages customers to view and book the rentals available to them. Using bold, captivating imagery of the properties and incorporating the business branding, we have been able to create an easy-to-use and modern website that encourages people to book their holiday or business stay. We incorporated a highly functional filter into the design so prospective customers could find the perfect property for them in a quick and efficient manner. This filter allows customers to select the number of bedrooms, bathrooms and guests available and also has other search criteria such as outdoor space, parking and WiFi to name a few.
The ‘Host’ side of the website focuses on prospective landlords and developers who are interested in using the services provided by Grandeur Property and its management team. This side of the website holds a variety of information, answering common questions that prospective landlords may have. The website highlights the benefits of short-stay management, as well as the other services such as interior design and property photography that are available. By displaying this information in an engaging and easy-to-digest way we encourage the customer to take action and make a free enquiry about their property.
We continue to work alongside the Grandeur team, providing updates to the website on a regular basis with site maintenance and new property updates.
